Recommendation 39 (Extradition): countries should constructively + effectively execute extradition requests in relation to ML + associated predicate offences + TF + recognise these as extraditable offences. Recommendation 40 (Other Forms of International Cooperation): competent authorities should rapidly + constructively + effectively provide the widest possible range of international cooperation in relation to ML + associated predicate offences + TF including: FIU-to-FIU + supervisor-to-supervisor + LEA-to-LEA through the channels available (Egmont Group + Interpol + Europol + the FATF Global Network + bilateral arrangements).
