The article connects the standards route in Article 15 to the wider obligations recognised in Article 24. A product or service that conforms with the harmonised standards or technical specifications, or parts of them, adopted under Article 15 is presumed to meet Article 24 to the extent those standards and specifications cover the accessibility requirements. The effect is to let one standards file serve both this Directive and the accessibility obligations that other Union acts place on the same feature. The limits are the same as in Article 15: the reference must be published, the coverage must match, and a partial application needs the gap recorded.
