The operator's online notice, linked prominently from the home or landing page and at each collection point (and from the children's area of a general audience service), must state all operators' contact details (or one responding operator with all named); what information is collected from children, whether children can make it public, how it is used, disclosure practices, naming the third parties or their particular categories and the reasons for disclosure,, and the data retention policy; where persistent identifiers are collected for internal operations, the specific internal operations and the means used to prevent their use to contact individuals, profile or advertise behaviourally; where recordings of a child speaking are collected under 312.5(c)(9), how they are used and that they are deleted immediately after responding; and the parent's rights to review, delete and refuse further collection with the procedures.
