The EPFI reports yearly with no personal information, publishing data and implementation reporting on its website in one place and in an accessible format, with the reporting period stated. It reports how many advisory mandates it took, by sector and region, under a separate heading; the number of Project Finance transactions and of Project-Related Corporate Loans reaching Financial Close, each broken down by category and then by sector, region, country designation and whether an Independent Review took place; and refinance and acquisition finance totals by sector, region and designation (Bridge Loans have no specific reporting). Implementation reporting covers the mandate and staffing of its EP reviewers and the roles of those reviewers, the business lines and senior management, and how the Principles sit in its credit and risk policies, with preparation and training detail in the first year. Project names for Project Finance reaching Financial Close (encouraged for Project-Related Corporate Loans) go to the Equator Principles Association Secretariat, subject to client consent, local law and no added liability, with name, year of Financial Close, sector and host country; syndicates coordinate consent through the lead arranger or environmental agent, otherwise each EPFI asks no later than Financial Close.
