Facilities required to prepare SDS under OSHA HazCom must submit annual Tier II reports if covered hazardous chemicals are present at or above thresholds (500 lbs for EHS chemicals or TPQ if lower; 10,000 lbs for all other SDS-required chemicals at any time during the prior calendar year). Reports submitted electronically to SERC, LEPC, and local fire department by March 1.
