Specific duties: regular evaluation/inspection of protection systems and documenting results; acting as contact point with the Centre; enabling data subjects to exercise rights; notifying the Centre of infringements; responding to requests and complaints; following up the record of processing; eliminating violations and taking corrective action; and organising staff training.
