Egypt Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) Art.8: Art.8 Appointment and registration of a data protection officer

The legal representative of every controller and processor that is a juristic person appoints a competent employee within its structure as data protection officer, registers them in the Centre's DPO register under the conditions and procedures the Regulations set, and announces the appointment; a controller or processor who is a natural person is personally responsible for applying the Law.
