Egypt Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) Art.4.10-12: Art.4.10-12 Controller: licence or permit, Egyptian representative and demonstrable compliance

The controller holds a licence or permit from the Centre to handle personal data; a controller outside Egypt appoints a representative in Egypt as the Regulations provide; and the controller provides the means to prove its compliance with the Law and enables the Centre's inspection and supervision. Where several controllers act, each bears every obligation and the data subject may act against each separately.
