Where a data subject or relevant person complains to the Centre about an infringement of the right to data protection, a failure to enable a right or a DPO's decision on a request, the Centre investigates and decides within thirty working days and notifies both parties, and the respondent executes the Centre's decision within seven working days of notification and informs the Centre that it has done so.
