Egypt Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) Art.16: Making data available to a controller or processor abroad under licence

What does Art.16 require?

A controller or processor may disclose personal data to another controller or processor outside Egypt under a licence from the Centre where the nature of their work conforms or the purpose for which they obtain the data is one, where each of them or the data subject has a legitimate interest in the data, and where the legal and technical protection provided abroad is not less than that provided in Egypt, under the conditions, procedures, precautions and criteria the Regulations set.
