The organisation assesses itself on two dimensions. Enterprise readiness scores Institutional Governance (structures, workforce, policies, procedures, oversight) out of 100: 0 to 40 low readiness with urgent remediation before deploying AI, 41 to 70 moderate with incomplete foundations, 71 to 100 high; even a well-governed system is not cleared for deployment while the enterprise running it falls short on readiness. System readiness scores alignment with the framework's pillars out of 380 (AI lifecycle governance 274, stakeholder engagement 40, society and sustainability 66): 0 to 152 low, 153 to 266 moderate requiring targeted improvement before scaled deployment, 267 to 380 high. Scoring details and the question sets are in Annex 1.
