Egypt National Guidelines for Trustworthy and Responsible AI (Edition 2.0, March 2026) 2.2: Build workforce readiness across leadership, risk and audit competence, data and technical skills, oversight and continuous capacity building

What does 2.2 require?

The organisation develops and sustains five workforce components: leadership and accountability through executive responsibility such as a Chief AI Officer or governance board guiding strategy, risk and compliance; risk, compliance and audit competence to conduct TEVV assessments, keep audit trails and verify legal, ethical and technical alignment; data and technical governance skills so staff can keep data quality up, comply with the PDPL, run bias checks and build in a robust, fair and secure way; human oversight and operational management training so staff supervise outputs, escalate and keep meaningful control; and ongoing training, professional growth and awareness of ethics aligned with societal values and sector needs.
