Issues are prioritized on risk using measurement values, have closure criteria showing how each was identified, assigned, prioritized and resolved or mitigated, or accepted with the risk documented, are grouped by common root cause, and are assigned to owners through the catalog and lineage rather than to whoever discovered them, within the organization-wide issue management process.
