Life cycle data provides the evidence of assurance and compliance; its scope varies with the certification requirements, assurance level, complexity and service experience, and is identified in the PHAC and agreed with the authority (Appendix A gives the data by level). The data should be unambiguous (single interpretation), complete (needed requirements, descriptive material, labelled figures, defined terms and units), verifiable (checkable by a person or tool), consistent (no conflicts), modifiable (structured so changes stay complete and consistent) and traceable (origin determinable). The packaging is proposed in the PHAC and agreed early, and the agreed data stays retrievable throughout the service life.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
