It describes system design and operation and the rights and obligations of itself and participants so participants can assess risks; provides documentation and training so participants understand the rules and risks; discloses fees per service and discount policies with clear descriptions for comparison; and regularly completes and publishes responses to the CPSS-IOSCO Disclosure framework, with at least basic data on transaction volumes and values.
