The processing of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or spiritual convictions, socio-economic condition, biometric or genetic information, sexual orientation, or trade-union membership, among others, is prohibited save for the narrow exceptions the Law allows. Special rules also govern data on minors.
