Connecticut Rules of Professional Conduct (Connecticut Practice Book) 2.4: Lawyer serving as third-party neutral

What does 2.4 require?

A lawyer who helps two or more people who are not the lawyer's clients to resolve a dispute or other matter between them, as an arbitrator, mediator or in another neutral capacity, must tell unrepresented parties that the lawyer is not representing them and, where a party appears not to understand the role, must explain how a neutral differs from a lawyer who represents a client.
