Give the prescribed information, legibly, prominently and without ambiguity, at each prescribed time. Until a kind of contract and the information are prescribed, the duty has no content to apply, and the page says so rather than inventing it. This is a duty with a gap in the text: the Act does not itself say what information or when. That is deliberate, because the detail is left to regulations. The honest reading is that a supplier cannot yet build the content from the Act alone. What a supplier can do now is prepare the data and the delivery channel: the renewal date, the price, the notice period and a reliable way to reach the subscriber. When the regulations are made, the content and timing will attach to that data. A page that states a made-up reminder schedule as if the Act required it would be wrong.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
