Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Part IVD (Consumer Data Right) 56FD: Sections 56FD and 56FE: observe the binding data standards that apply to you

Each data holder of CDR data to which a binding data standard applies is taken to have a contract with each accredited person (and, where there is a designated gateway, a three-party contract with the gateway), and each action service provider with each accredited action initiator for that action type, under which each agrees to observe the standard so far as it applies to it and to engage in the conduct it requires; the rules prevail over an inconsistent standard (56FD). If a person fails to meet an obligation to comply with a binding standard, including one arising under that deemed contract, the Commission or an aggrieved person may apply to the Court, which may give directions to the person or, for a body corporate, its directors, about compliance or enforcement (56FE).
