CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) 10.6: Question 10.6: Plastics: waste and end-of-life management

What does 10.6 require?

The organisation reports how much waste, by total weight, arises from the plastics it produces, commercialises, uses or processes per activity (production or commercialisation, usage, processing of plastic waste), and the end-of-life pathways by percentage (prepared for reuse; recycling; industrial or home composting; incineration; waste to energy; landfill; leakage; mismanaged waste; other). CDP's ambition is maximising the share reused, recycled or composted in line with the waste hierarchy.
