Names the provisions needed so that IT forensic investigations become possible, above all how the securing of evidence is prepared and carried out; where forensic service providers do all or part of the securing of evidence the requirements apply to them as well, which contractual arrangements and checks can ensure. In Edition 2023 the Baustein carries 15 requirement numbers, 15 of them live: 3 Basis requirements (B, MUSS, to be fulfilled first and without exception), 9 Standard requirements (S, SOLLTE) and 3 requirements for elevated protection needs (H). It is applied to the information domain as a whole (overarching aspects) in modelling order R3. The requirements property on this node lists every requirement by number, title, level and responsible role, so a requirement is cited as DER.2.2.A<n>.
