To recognise sustainability benefits beyond the standard issues: up to ten credits, with the total score capped at 100 percent, from exemplary performance against the defined exemplary criteria in the issues that carry them (Man 03, Man 05, Hea 02, Ene 01, Tra 03, Wat 01, Mat 01, Mat 03, Wst 01, Wst 02, Wst 05 and others) and from BRE-approved innovation applications where the building demonstrates an innovative solution with significant sustainability benefit not rewarded elsewhere, each approved innovation earning one credit.
