The bank can generate aggregate, up-to-date risk data in a timely way while meeting accuracy, completeness and adaptability; timing depends on the nature, volatility and criticality of the risk and on the bank's own reporting frequency for normal and stress situations. Risk systems must produce aggregated data rapidly in stress or crisis for all critical risks, which include at least the aggregated credit exposure to a large corporate borrower (retail pools change less quickly but may still concentrate), counterparty credit exposures including derivatives, trading exposures, positions, operating limits and market concentrations by sector and region, liquidity indicators such as cash flows, settlements and funding, and time-critical operational risk indicators such as systems availability and unauthorised access. Supervisors review whether the bank's frequency requirements deliver timely, current data.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
