What does 7.2.xx require?

The institution mitigates concentration risk by spreading different material services across more than one cloud provider, with contingency plans that include in-house or alternative-provider portability and interoperability; through geographically separated data centres; and through frequent backups of server instances or replication of data, held in several geographic regions and in several availability zones in each.
