The institution notifies the Bank of Mauritius of any proposed deployment of a material cloud service at least 60 days before the deployment. The chief executive officer attests in the notification, among other things, that the board has approved the service and that the guideline is complied with, and the Schedule I information set in the Annex accompanies it.
