A provider must not promise to secure a migration outcome or guarantee a successful education assessment outcome. It must show its CRICOS registered name and registration number in written or online material it makes public for offering, inviting students to apply for, or indicating it can provide, courses to overseas students. It must not actively recruit a student where that conflicts with the transfer restrictions in Standard 7.
