In advertising and promotion in any medium the logo may promote only nationally recognised training on the RTO's scope, must not suggest it covers all the RTO's training when it does not, cannot be used for accredited training outside scope, and requires a clear statement that it does not apply to training that is not nationally recognised or outside scope; use needs a direct relationship to a qualification or unit. Brochures, handbooks and prospectuses using the logo clearly separate nationally recognised training on scope from other training. The logo must not appear on stationery, business cards, building signage, merchandise, marketing products or learning resources.
