Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)
Chapter 3: corporate plans, audit committees and annual reports of Commonwealth companies (sections 27A to 28F, Schedule 2B) – Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)

Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule) 27A: Commonwealth company corporate plan: the directors prepare a plan meeting section 16E (other than the performance item) that also summarises, for each period, how the company will achieve its purposes and how performance will be measured, with measures and targets

What does 27A require?

Section 16E applies to a Commonwealth company with the directors in place of the accountable authority, except the performance item in its table. Instead, the company's plan must summarise for each reporting period covered the way the company intends to meet its purposes and how it will judge its success, naming the measures and targets it will use. The plan is given to the responsible Minister and Finance Minister before it is published by the deadline.
