Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Amendment (Defence Delivery Agency) Rules 2026
Clause 8(1): listed entity, accountable authority, officials and purposes

Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Amendment (Defence Delivery Agency) Rules 2026 8(1)(a): Listed entity status: the Defence Delivery Agency is a listed entity for the finance law from 1 July 2027

What does 8(1)(a) require?

The instrument designates the Defence Delivery Agency as a listed entity under the finance law, which makes it a non-corporate Commonwealth entity of its own inside the Defence portfolio. From 1 July 2027 the planning, performance, reporting, risk, control and annual report provisions that apply to a non-corporate Commonwealth entity reach the DDA. The evidence is the entity register entry, the applicability map, the audit committee charter and the first plan and report plan.
