Australia Poisons Standard (SUSMP) s61: Distribute Schedule 5 and 6 product samples only where the recipient can refuse, never unsolicited (for example by post or attached to other goods), and in a way that supports proper disposal

What does s61 require?

A product sample containing a Schedule 5 or 6 poison may be given only where the recipient can decline it on the spot, must not be supplied unsolicited (such as by post or attached to another product), and must not be supplied in a way that works against disposal under Division 5.
