Australia NDIS Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support Rules 2018 s11: s 11 Authorised use without a plan: facilitate interim and comprehensive plans

Where a provider uses an authorised regulated restrictive practice that is not covered by a behaviour support plan and the use will or is likely to continue, it must take all reasonable steps to facilitate an interim behaviour support plan by a specialist behaviour support provider covering the practice within 1 month after the first use, and a comprehensive behaviour support plan within 6 months, and demonstrate this if required.
