A provider of plan management (0127 management of funding for supports) employs or engages an appropriate number of workers holding a listed accounting or bookkeeping qualification plus membership of a listed professional body (for example CPA Australia, CAANZ, IPA, ICB, ABAL), gives certified copies to its auditor, and lodges claims with the NDIA in line with the participant's plan and the NDIS Act; purely administrative staff need not hold them.
