Australia NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators m5-5.2: SDA service agreements: minimum terms where no tenancy legislation applies

Where no state or territory tenancy law applies, the written agreement covers: rent payable, how and when it is paid and how receipts issue; the amount and handling of any bond; any agreed board, what it covers and how it is paid; minimum notice before rent or board increases; the provider's or agent's name, phone and address and the agent's responsibilities; written notice of changes to those details within 5 business days unless local law says otherwise; start date, term and extension; termination grounds for either party; at least 90 days' notice to vacate unless shorter notice is needed to address risk of harm; and how to request repairs or maintenance.
