Australia NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators m3-3.5: The child: alternative arrangements when supports are interrupted

When a change or interruption to a child's supports cannot be avoided, the provider explains and agrees the alternative arrangements with the child, as far as the child can understand and agree, and with the family, and delivers them in a way that suits the child's needs, preferences and goals.
