Indicators: people with disability can contribute to governance and policy; a defined governing structure meets financial, legislative, regulatory and contractual duties and monitors quality and safeguarding; governing body skills gaps are identified and trained; planning considers legal requirements, risks, NDIS requirements and participant and worker needs; management performance is monitored; managers are suitably qualified or experienced with defined authority; delegations for absences are documented; conflicts of interest are proactively managed and documented.
