What does 4.01-4.04 require?

Medication management is governed through the clinical governance, improvement and consumer partnership systems: policies, risks and training needs set within the framework, effectiveness monitored, improved and reported, and patients involved, informed and sharing decisions about their medicines. The organisation must also set and check which clinicians may prescribe, dispense and administer which medicines.
