Australia National Quality Standard for Education and Care Services (ACECQA) 4.1.1: Standard 4.1 Element 4.1.1 Organisation of educators

The organisation of educators across the service must support children's learning and development. The Guide links ss 161 to 164A and s 169 (offences on operating without a nominated supervisor, appointing and engaging staff and staffing arrangements), s 269 (register of family day care educators and co-ordinators), Regulation 117A (person in day-to-day charge) and the educator to child ratio and qualification regulations.
