Access must be provided to rainwater storage components needing maintenance or replacement and means of isolation to components needing testing, maintenance or replacement, and rainwater storage and holding tanks used only for non-drinking purposes must be clearly identified (not required where the water is intended for drinking and personal hygiene). Each requirement is switched off for sites with no Network Utility Operator drinking water service. Deemed-to-Satisfy B7D4 is identification as rainwater under AS/NZS 3500.1.
