Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r61: r 61 Designers, manufacturers, importers and suppliers: design out hazardous manual tasks

Designers and manufacturers of plant or structures ensure they are designed and manufactured to eliminate the need for hazardous manual tasks in connection with them, or where that is not reasonably practicable to minimise that need, and give adequate information about the features that do so; importers and suppliers take all reasonable steps to obtain and pass on that information.
