An asbestos removal or assessor licence holder keeps the licence document available for inspection (unless returned for amendment or a replacement is pending); notifies the regulator in writing of any change to any material particular in information given about the licence within 14 days of becoming aware; and, for a non-individual removal licence holder, applies within 14 days to remove a departing nominated supervisor and gives the required details for a new supervisor, who is not a nominated supervisor until the regulator approves.
