Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations
Part 6.1 and 6.2: Construction work definitions and duties of those who commission construction work – Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations

Australia Model Work Health and Safety Regulations r295: r 295 Designer's written safety report; client obtains it

The designer of a structure or part to be constructed gives the PCBU that commissioned the design a written safety report of the hazards, so far as the designer is reasonably aware, that create a risk to people carrying out construction work on it and that are specific to that design rather than common to structures of that type; a PCBU commissioning a construction project it did not commission the design for takes all reasonable steps to obtain a copy.
