Australia MBS Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder and Disability Allied Health Items 2026 V-2: Case conference items 82001 to 82003 only within their conditions

An eligible allied health practitioner may claim 82001, 82002 or 82003 (by conference length) for taking part in a community case conference only if the patient is under 25 with a diagnosed or suspected complex neurodevelopmental disorder or eligible disability, needs ongoing care from a multidisciplinary team that includes the relevant paediatrician or psychiatrist (or, for an eligible disability, a specialist, consultant physician or GP), and at least three team members attend (in person, by phone or video); the patient need not attend.
