Registration may be granted subject to conditions the Board considers necessary or desirable, with a review period, or on undertakings the applicant gives. The practitioner or student complies with every condition and undertaking recorded on the register and certificate; a contravention is not an offence but is unprofessional conduct by definition and grounds for health, conduct or performance action. Conditions can be changed or removed only through the Board processes in ss 125 to 127A.
