Australia Food Standards Code Standard 3.2.3 Food Premises and Equipment cl2: Clause 2 Application and use of compliant premises, vehicles and equipment

The Standard applies to all Australian food businesses as Standard 3.1.1 provides (farm, vineyard, orchard and aquaculture operations only when they substantially transform food or sell or serve it directly to the public). A food business uses only food premises and food transport vehicles that comply with the Standard, and only equipment, fixtures and fittings in or on its premises and vehicles that comply with it.
