Australia Commonwealth Procurement Rules (17 November 2025) CPR-7.23-7.26: Keep submissions confidential and give notice before disclosing confidential information

Submissions must be treated as confidential before and after award; contract terms are not confidential unless the contract identifies specific information as confidential; and when confidential information has to be disclosed (for example to a parliamentary committee) reasonable written notice must be given to the party it came from.
