Australia Commonwealth Child Safe Framework (2020) 1.4-apply: Accountable Authority implements the Framework in every non-corporate Commonwealth entity

The Framework applies to all non-corporate Commonwealth entities (departments of state, parliamentary departments and listed entities) and is recommended for corporate Commonwealth entities and Commonwealth companies; the Accountable Authority of each entity is responsible for implementing it. Each entity writes internal child safe policies that fit the four requirements, taking account of the agency-specific risks their annual risk assessment identifies.
