ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Australia) 8B.4.1: Maintain and test business continuity plans and notify ASIC of major events

A participant must establish, implement and maintain business continuity plans for major events (with event types, triggers, impact, severity classification, escalation, recovery objectives, communications and dependencies), notify ASIC immediately on becoming aware of a major event and report in writing within seven days, review and test the plans at least every 12 months, after material change and after a major event, and keep documentation for seven years.
