ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Australia) 6.1-6.3: Trade on pre-trade transparent order books unless an exception applies, and report off-book trades promptly

A relevant participant must enter transactions only by matching pre-trade transparent orders on an order book, except for block trades, large portfolio trades, trades with price improvement and permitted out-of-hours trades under the conditions in Part 6.2; trades done otherwise than on an order book must be reported to an operator immediately (or within the times the rules allow), subject to the delayed reporting rules.
