AS/NZS 1891.4:2009 Industrial Fall-Arrest Systems and Devices - Selection, Use and Maintenance 3.2: 3.2 Safe use of anchorages, including diversion anchorages and anchorage signage

Anchorages must be used within their purpose category and rating. Diversion anchorages may be used to manage swing (clause 3.2.3, referred to in clause 2.2.2). Every anchorage must carry a durable sign (clause 3.2.5); a held industry guide that restates the sign content lists the installer's name and installation or certification details, the highest purpose category from Table 3.1, the ultimate strength rating where below the full rating, how many people may connect (two at most) and the inspection requirement. Anchorages are inspected before use under Section 9.
