Only points gained in the 1 April to 31 March return period are recorded in the annual return. For s.24(2)(c) of the Act, the return must detail university CPD courses, postgraduate courses, conferences or seminars attended or presented at, other presentations attended, correspondence courses, written assessments, published or read journal papers, surgery observed, collaborative acts of veterinary science, and papers published on a government website; a specialist registrant must detail the extent of practice in that specialty branch.
